The analysis of influence of harmful factors of the environment on the organism of the person and animals shows, that among bodies the most sensitive to this influence are sexual gland, is especial gonads [6]. In some cases they are bodies - targets [4]. The important role in development and formation of gonads structure is played blood vessels [1,2,3]. They primarily and more intensively react to the action of various adverse factors [5,6]. However it is necessary to note, that in these researches the age dynamics in formation of blood vessels of the gonad and interrelation between character of distribution of vessels and the organization of the follicular device of the gonad is insufficiently covered. There are no facts on changes in blood vessels of reproductive bodies in posterity at influence of pesticides on a parent organism. Jet changes of blood vessels are not completely investigated depending on a place of their localization. There is no precise representation about connection of vascular changes with the certain stage in development and becoming of reproductive bodies and at influence on them harmful substances in early postnatal ontogenesis

It was researched by [1, 4, 5, 6, 10] the structure and formation of the follicular device of person's and animals gonad at the different stages of ontogenesis. The influence of adverse factors of the environment on the gonad studied by [2,3, 7,8, 9,11]- But having facts are not sufficient and requires the additions. The majority of them describe construction of adult person's gonad. There is no united point of view about the terms of formation of various types of follicles. There is no interrelation of this process with each stage in development of the organism. The construction of structural components of gonad's follicles at various stages of their formation is differently treated. No common opinion about peculiarities of the disposition of follicles in coating substance of the gonad and dynamics of their age transformations. Little explored remains the question on action of pesticides during early post anatomical developments

Structured functional and quantitative changes of the follicular device of rat's gonad in the time of kotoran and kinmix action

Protection of reproductive health of the population is an actual task of medicine at the present stage. Research of last years testify that consequences of influences of various pesticides, herbicides, toxicants, waters with the increased mineralization, salts of heavy metals, dust content and the gassed condition of atmospheric air and action of other factors is extremely adversely reflected in physical and sexual development of girls, by virtue of their constitutional features [1, 5, 6, 7]. It is the reason of that now the active phase of a reproduction is entered with the population of women having serious problems with reproductive health [4]. At the majority of them early puberty owing to hyper stimulation of the gonad is observed. Early pregnancy which arisen on this background is frequently comes to the end because of premature birth and other complications that can certainly unsuccessful will be reflected on health of the future generation [2, 3]. However, there is not covered the question about quantitative and qualitative changes in the follicular device of the gonad in early stages of its becoming and formation and in action of pesticides

Jet changes of vessels of the rat's gonad in kotoran and kinmix action

Last years in Uzbekistan in connection with increase of requirements of the population industrial production has increased in 7 times. According to this emissions of harmful substances in the environment have increased and reach up to 1, 5 million ton in a year. Now in the agriculture it is used up to 1, 4 million ton mineral fertilizers and 80-85 thousand ton various pesticides. In waters of open reservoirs of Zarafshan valley concentration of residual quantity of pesticides on 40,3% exceeds their maximum concentration limit. It rather negatively influences on the organism of the person and animals. Because these harmful substances are frequently in unchangeable kind get the place with food stuffs in their organism [3]. Health of the person depends on a condition of reproductive bodies [4, 8]. The important role in formation and becoming of function of reproductive bodies is played blood vessels, they primarily react to influence of harmful factors [5, 6, 7]. But the available facts have the argument in concerning the question about process of development and formation of blood vessels of the gonad depending on the age and the location, the degree of reactance of vessels of coating and brain substance of the gonad on action of pesticides of different groups [1, 2] is ambiguously estimated
